Text us to set up your first visit — it’s the easiest way to reach us! You can also call and leave a voicemail if you prefer.

2.-Check your email:
Once your first appointment is scheduled, we’ll send your membership agreement by email.

3.-Billing begins after your first visit:
Your membership charges won’t start until you complete your initial establish care appointment.

4.-Patient portal access:
After your first visit, you’ll receive a link to your patient portal so you can easily message us, view results, and manage your care.
